It was particularly great for my husband who I was never going to convince to read any books on the matter so was a great way to keep him informed and on the same page of me in terms of our birth preferences. He was completely persuaded by the whole idea of hypnobirthing after that too. So it was nice I didn’t have to do any work there! Having subsequently done NCT classes, I must say we both agreed Brigid’s day was far superior to NCT. ”
