The Monday class is prenatal yoga, breathing for birth, hypnobirth relaxation and birthing tips and social connection to other local mums-to-be.
The Tuesday BodyMind Birthing course is a comprehensive birthing boot camp for your mind and body. It includes prenatal yoga, hypnobirth, mindfulness for birth, hypnobirth, breathing for birth, biomechanics of birth, optimal foetal positions, movements for labour, as well as evidence based childbirth education. This course includes homework practices and self-study as well as our weekly ‘women’s circle’ group time and guided yoga, breathing, meditation and relaxation class.
Suitable from 14 - 40 weeks.
I’m a 500-hr British Wheel of Yoga Instructor, Yoga Alliance Senior Yoga Teacher, Teacher of Teachers, Birthlight Perinatal and Postnatal teacher, Active Birth Teacher (trained by Janet Balaskas), KG Hypnobirth Diploma Holder, Mindfulness Teacher, Advanced Women’s Wellness Practitioner, Mindbody Coach and a trained doula, I have many resources to draw on to help you have the best experience possible.
With 22 years experience I’m Tunbridge Wells’ most experienced pre and postnatal yoga teacher offering holistic childbirth preparation classes so you know you will be in safe hands during your pregnancy journey.
