A class focusing on Yoga especially for the last few weeks of pregnancy taken from the DVD Pregnancy Yoga Flow. Suitable from about 34 weeks onward with movements and breath work to help you during labour. 

Postnatal Yoga with your baby

This is a 40 minute class suitable from birth. Toning pelvic floor, core and general all round toning and stretching. We finish with a guided relaxation.
