Rachel L - Postnatal Yoga

‘I've just finished the baby yoga course with Brigid at Kingdom in Penshurst (a beautiful venue). Brigid was brilliant, very considerate, attentive and fantastic with the babies. My son was 7 months when we started so at the older end of the scale but Brigid was more than happy to help keep him entertained whilst leading me through the yoga practice. I hope to practice with her again in the future.’
