This is a 25 minute gentle vinyasa flow perfect for getting your day started.

Not suitable for pregnancy or before 3 months postnatal.

Pregnancy Yoga & Relaxation

This is a gentle flowing pregnancy yoga class suitable from 14-weeks. In this class we look at the anatomy of the pelvis and think about feeling rooted & secure and how these can impact on birth.

Join me for pregnancy yoga & hypnobirth on Thursdays 7pm - 8pm at The Yoga House, Tunbridge Wells.

Blurring the Edges

A 55 minute moderately strong vinyasa flow class.

Not suitable for pregnancy or before 3 months postnatal.

3-Part Breathing for Pregnancy

A simple breath practice to help you connect to your baby and your breath.

Sleepy time yoga

This is a 17 minute gentle yoga class to help you wind down at the end of the day. Suitable for pregnancy before 27 weeks (just moderate the lying down twist) and postnatal from 4 weeks after a vaginal delivery, 8 weeks after a c-sec birth (as long as the scar is healed).

 

J-Breathing for Pregnancy

A breath visualisation to help you connect to your birth canal. Also useful if you choose to have an internal examination during birth.
