“Hi Brigid! We welcomed our beautiful daughter Siena to the world this morning weighing 6lb 6oz. A speedy delivery - waters broke at 10pm and she arrived at 12.13am. Just gas and air. My midwife was wonderful and she commented how well my breathing was, particularly the horse sounds I made throughout! Thank you once again for all the advice and encouragement. Look forward to coming to baby yoga in near future to catch up Xx”
