“Brigid’s pregnancy yoga classes are fantastic for both the body and mind! I looked forward to the chance to relax and focus on my baby and forthcoming delivery whilst exercising my body. She’s an expert at what she does and created a great supportive atmosphere in the classes. During my labour I used the breathing we practiced in the class and had Brigid’s mantras playing in my head which really helped! I definitely recommend these classes!”
