‘My experience of Brigid's classes have been fully positive and fulfilling. Her prenatal yoga classes during my first pregnancy, bringing me knowledge, strength, calm and confidence through labour, particularly in the moments during lockdown when I had to go through the early stages alone in the birthing centre, I had my toolbox of positions, movements, breathing and affirmations to rely on.

Since moving away from TW, I have been unable to return for yoga during my current second pregnancy, but booked onto the Couple's Refresher Birth course to get our heads back into the world of hypnobirthing. My husband and I came away feeling so much more prepared and positive, filled to the brim with knowledge that perhaps exceeded what we knew first time round, and are now in the position where we feel confident that a home birth could definitely be a viable and achievable option, knowing we can create the calming, oxytocin filled environment that we would like with the techniques we will be practicing as a result of the workshop.
