“Just thought I’d let you know that our baby boy Seth came rushing into the world on Friday a few days early.

After a quick delivery with Martha we made our way to Maidstone birth centre in the early stages of labour. It was a good job, as when things ramped up it all happened pretty quickly. After half hr in the pool, Seth was born. It was an incredibly special experience- your words echoed in my head as I told myself my body could do it and I breathed him down and out into the world. My husband was amazing, as was the midwife, who only stepped in when I needed a guide.

Your yoga classes made such a difference to my mentality approaching our son’s birth. Thank you so much. I look forward to the baby yoga classes soon!”
